I've heard that they are significantly genetically distinct from other races. Is this conspiracy or truth?

Obviously, scientists are not allowed to study these things anymore, in any part of the world.

Are they less evolved/separate species? Think of crocodiles and alligators- similar enough, but different.

I don't intend to start a hate thread. I geniunely am wondering about the truth behind why they're like this. Sowell claims IQ isn't genetic, but surely some component of it has to be?
