I don't think it can be overstated regarding how much of an actual problem this is, you could make an above-average webcomic in basically every metric imaginable and 99% of this board wouldn't be aware of it in the slightest, but if you suddenly announced that you were gonna troon out you would now receive daily seethe threads here that always hit bump limit unless the jannies nuke it first
It's frustrating, it's basically impossible to use this place for any traction, and it's a weirdly /co/-specific issue in which even boards like /v/ manage to be way ahead of the curve for the likes of indie games before they penetrate the normalfag sphere
