I think the limitation is that if an image on this board is depicting peeing it HAS to be going into the toilet. It's more of a concession rather than new enforcement standards (they're sitting on a toilet, you have to be somewhat open to possibly seeing WHY they're sitting on the toilet as part of the image so the mods/janitors have a tacit "hands-off" policy on the inclusion of pee, which is mild enough in that context to be visible without really crossing any lines into something more hardcore).
