Because if you mention her it just ends up with sirs doing nothing but complaining about her current appearance and the same tired unfunny she retired x years ago comments.
Personally I still like most of her recent stuff. It's not like I'm in denial about her appearance but an actresses performance matters far more to me than looks, and in that regard Mao is still among the best.
