While a Muslim must choose to prefer a pious black Muslim rather than an unpious white Muslim, there is nothing in Islam preventing the father from waiting to marry her daughter until a rightous white Muslim does come by. I think you should give Islam more of a fair shake. It is not liberalized Christianity.
