10) An actual concrete wall will be built just inside the Mexican border, with The Great American Canal from Gulf to Pacific..large enough for a Nimitz carrier to transit. The narrow strip & canal will be heavily militarized, and the soldiers will have orders to shoot ANYONE that attempts to invade. The canal will include multiple inland fresh water reservoirs for naval bases, economic, industrial, and even recreational opportunities.

11) Carribean islands will be mostly national parks, with permits for large numbers of planations for agricultural goods which benefit the kingdom as a whole. Much of the coastline will be crown subsidized resorts, meant for ALL citizens to enjoy their encouraged family vacations.
