I think this whole thing is what the German officials were talking about when they spoke of co-financing and co-producing independent long range strike systems together with Ukraine.
If my suspicion is true then I am slightly happy with my gov for once.

Glad to know that russia doesn’t need any of its hydrocarbon industry cause Ukraine has alrwady blown up 10 major refineries and terminals in 21 days and its only just beginning.
