No, you're remembering right. She was fine then, used to be quite athletic even. What she has is some adult onset thing that kicked in around a year or two into her vtubing career. Cartwheels started becoming more difficult for her to do, then her parents forbade her from helping out at the farm, traveling to uni for exams started becoming an ordeal, chores left her exhausted, and then she started needing a caretaker. It's mostly very limiting, but not dangerous and shouldn't be getting any worse. She's managed to keep streaming consistently despite it, and her being able to join a corpo should be a sign that things will be alright.
