even without Body Slam, the ability to retain shield is still too strong to give to players for free.
Silent has this card that make her able to retain shield, but only for a turn. It's considered a pretty good card in late game even if she doesn't have Body Slam.

that being said, that partner >>546176461 skill is overpriced as fuck. at 2 points would be reasonable (unless it last an entire battle)
