There are high IQ entities within every race on Earth. But, for the sake of 'owning dem libs', lets explore why the various earthen races may barely possess higher average IQ than their neer peers, so they may obnoxiously gloat their monkey superiority to one another. By 2025 standards, there was a time in recent history (0 B.C.-10000 B.C.) when pale ethnics were low IQ, just as you're harassing the africans as being. But then the whites genocided one another non stop. Genocide is a very potent evolutionary pressure within which, generally, the intelligent survive most profitably, and breed within most rapidly. The conquests of britain/europe/russia/etc were quite potent, so all the beta-men were cucked out of existence, increasing the IQ.

This has of course happened throughout africa too, but for various reasons, it has occurred in a much more randomized and disadvantageous pattern that has remained evolutionary unprofitable for their niche carved into their section of the planet. Lucky for you, white boys, yeah?
