Hmm quite a topic we have here don't we... her sprites really don't do much for it since she could very well have regular legs I suppose. We only ever get to see her seemingly black-covered legs (be it leggings or pantyhose or socks), get big shoes, which could very well have separate rockets on the bottom, and her little bloomers...
There's the nude peacock art >>537320465 but then again nothing stops her from having those be worn on top of her legs, or something...
Her design document doesn't single out her legs either.
