>Bison burger with 2 patties, cheese and turkey bacon(900cal/ 77gprotein)
>Bodyarmor Flash IV Zero (20cal)
>1.5hrs of cardio at gym
>Chipotle Steak tacos with pico (550cal/ 40g protein)
>Greek yogurt(100cal / 20g protein)
>Spindrift (20 cal/ 3g sugar)
Total is 1700-1800 cal and im not eating for the next 16 hours, going to hit chest later tonight.
