I've seen some comparisons to her being as good as Sweep. And...she is, a bit? Friendship is really good, speed bonus is always worth considering, she lacks hint frequency but outside of Wet Conditions, you don't really care about them. One event choice has a mood up, and race/fan bonus is always good going forward. Up to you to judge, bwo.
