Read witch in broad daylight. It's not isekai though. The problem with isekai is that it often relies on shared lore and lazy conventions even when the writing and prose are good, see otome survival which has just about everything you'd expect in an isekai including the academy but instead it's like a token background element that hardly matters. Of the isekai with fundamentally good world building only on a clear day you can see forever comes to mind.
