Can I use Freyna skins on ultimate Freyna? Is it worth buying ultimate Freyna if I have regular Freyna? Is there an ultimate Serena?

So far I think Freyna is my second favorite character. I want her to step on me, but I also want to hold hands with her and make her feel better about her past.
