My advice is stop running it, disengage the chrono and throw it in a box with a packet of desiccant and forget you have it until you become a millionaire and can afford to have it restored. If you keep running it in its current condition you're going to grind away the teeth on those tiny ass gears. I can already see damaged teeth in that pic on the chrono idler gear.
