I think it's probably this due to this >>536570150. Possible that NEI revitalised some of the old heads and I'm sure MLPs are fiending for more lives. I think both CGPs and SCPs are "good" in the sense that both aren't as desperate due to bigger lives on the the horizon.

Or because they both have a ton of lives coming up, they're already on Premium and thought "let's just try for MOIW" anyways.
