That's one of the new feature's Youtube's pushing. I'm personally not a big fan of it, but it's not that hard to manually set back to Russian.
In any case, the audio and subtitle tracks are different: the audio track is based on an auto-translation (which is alright), whereas the subtitles seem to be made by hand. The difference is clearly seen at 9:09, where the subs try explaining the pun, but the audio track just translates it word-for-word (unsuccessfully).
