Doing all four grants you a coin that is required if you specifically want to "Grand" a Beast. Since Beasts can't have the Grand title, the coin allows you to make them a viable option, though they'll instead be called a Crown Beast.
You can have two Extra class Grands, one for Shielder/Ruler/Avenger/Moon Cancer and one for Foreigner/AlterEgo/Pretender, and with the coin, Beast.
tl;dr it lets you Grand class Draco, Summer Ereshkigal or Olga. Otherwise it doesn't do anything. When they add that though, the missions will also retroactively give you 10SQ each.
