Theory: US Constitution are only entitled to the people who believe in it.
My political-philosophic position since childhood (and no one has refuted it) has been that the US Constitution only covers people who believe in it.

Thus, the moment one becomes a communist, fascist, etc you are no longer protected under the US Constitution.

Furthermore, all speech against the rights guaranteed by the US Constitution are not protected by the First Amendment. The logic behind this is, to protect freedom a society cannot allow people to use those freedoms to actively work against freedom. Thus, the idea that the first amendment only covers pro free speech statements is a contradiction may appear superficially compellign to an edgy high school teenager, but those with more sophisticated thinking will recognize that all great truths rest on paradox.

Therefore, the government should actively prosecute and/or deport all those who oppose any aspects of the US Constitution.
Phone Toss Game
Me and my boys walk up to guys on their phones especially if they look too intense or w/e and my friend will ask to see their phone, we walk up/talk to them very suddenly so there's usually an element of their being off guard and when they don't give their phone one of us will take it from them and hand it to my friend. My friend looks down at it and says Cool phone, then turns around and throws it overhand as far as possible and we all dip.

I want to back out of this. It's funny as shit and I don't have any "moral" objections to it but I don't want to get in trouble. How do I put a safe distance between myself and the Phone Toss game, without leading my friends to think I have turned beta?
My friends think I'm going to be punched in the face.
I am tall, conventionally attractive, reasonably well built though not excessive. I have always had a dominant personality and "pulling" women, or what incels call game, comes quite naturally to me. As such, the dating game tends to get very boring.

Llately the game I've been playing, I go to night clubs and basically approach women who have boyfriends, asserting dominance over the boyfriend in front of the woman, or trolling him by talking to her, joking about him (eg one time I just looked over to him while talking to the girl, looked back at her, and smirked saying "really?" right in front of his eyes and he didn't do shit).

I have gotten laid doing this at least twice and come close more times than that. If I see a guy who is fighting with his (attractive) girlfriend I'll insert myself into the situation regardless of circumstances and assert dominance over the man in the interests of winning her favour.

I target guys who have girlfriends out of their league. And they need to be fairly beta, eg people I need to be confident I can take in a fight (I have my boys with me just in case, though).
