When they're pushing an agenda, they tend to ignore shit and create their own studies that speaks positively about their agenda.
It's like when cigaratte companies funded studies on the benefits of smoking or how circumcizing dicks is the greatest thing since indoor plumbing. So they use those super biased documents to convince accountants and higher ups of all the great shit that comes from making a super biased product, while doing their best to ignore all established knowledge or more researched studies.
