She doesn't show the footage. She's trying to get him to release it. But if she's not lying, and she delivers...Tyler is essentially confirmed not the shooter. Because no way does a 30.06 round enter his neck in the front and not exit the other side of his body. Added to the fact that there's no visible blood or gore on the banner that was behind Charlie, nor any damage to it, and it didn't even move when Charlie was shot...yeah, no way is Tyler the shooter in any reality.
