r8 my general routine /fit/
>wake up 7
>full shower
>200mg caffeine instant coffee
>brew green tea (10 packets in a 20oz cup) to drink thoroughout the day
>leave for gym around 8:30~
>go to class at 10
>study until 20
>get home take a light shower
>drink 100g of protein in water protein shake for 500 cals
>eat stir fry or burgers or mac for other 700 - 1000 calories
>sleep at 11
>repeat
My goal weight is about 180-160
