What did the French ministry of defence mean by ceding Donetsk to the Russians?

Map, purportedly obtained from the French ministry of defence by a hacker group, shows the deployment of the 'coalition of the willing' forces in Ukraine.
Interestingly the map seems to depict the whole of the Donetsk oblast as being under Russian occupation.
Are they willing to concede Donetsk for Russia to accept that the rest of Ukraine will be militarily under European control?
