49 years old. This is with 200mg/week of TRT and about 6 weeks of primo at 100mg/week.
Only injury I’ve had recently is a pulled calf muscle, knock on wood.
But yeah, you have to slow down. Every injury post 40 is permanent. Fuck up your back at 25, you can rehab and get back to 100%, or better. Post 40 any injury can derail you for years. And you’ll never be back at 100%.
I just want to stay healthy and strong as long as a I can. And fuck girls half my age.
