The partition of Ukraine is inevitable

The Military situation is not a stalemate, NATO and Russia have agreed to split Ukraine in half. Neither will commit the resources to change the situation, or risk the conflict escalating further. They both could, they both chose not to. The US and China simply don't care. Only Poland cares, but Poland gets nothing.

To achieve ceasefire, ceasefire must be enforced. That means NATO occupying western Ukraine to forcibly disarm the ukranians (see: west Berlin). If the Ukrainians are permitted to carry out terror attacks in Russian Ukraine the war will just restart. Ukraine cannot strike a deal with Russia directly, Ukraine is occupied and lost a war, so has no seat at the negotiating table, so this will likely mean another puppet government in both regions

Russia will get their Petro line, Ukraine will stop being bombed. Poland will be forced to beg Russia for oil, Russia will have to pay Germany.
