I'm beginning to think Elbaf will be around Dressrosa length, aka around 100 chapters long. We joke about Usopp getting shafted a lot, but there's no way Oda is not going to give Usopp some significant development and moments in Elbaf. The reason for why I think Elbaf will be that long is because Usopp has gotten absolutely nothing yet, while Franky, Brook, and Robin have. There's also the Heaven Realm that we know nothing about. I really don't think Imu is the arc villain here. Imu will be banished from Gunko's body along with Sommers and Killingham, the Abyss connection removed from Elbaf, while Gunko regains her memories and stays for the rest of the arc as an ally. Then the real plot of of Elbaf will begin, and there will likely be a short time-skip inbetween. Elbaf has been one of the longest foreshadowed arcs so I don't buy into it being a short arc.
