Some otherwise normal romance novel that reveals it's actually set in the 40k galaxy towards the end of the story might be a fun bit, but the franchise is about a galaxy where there is ONLY WAR and the Imperium is THE CRUELEST AND MOST BLOODY REGIME IMAGINABLE which doesn't really leave much space for a romance story to be set.
