Problem is that he runs a dictatorship and people don't really last long around him even in the UKIP days aside from some exceptions. It's Nigel's way or no way. Plus he's taking big donations for influence now and that's why a guy called Zia Yusuf is prominent in Reform now, it's his money so he is the one really calling the shots.
Unfortunately all the other UK parties are dog shit these days so Nigel is the best thing we have now. But what's to say he does a runner and makes Zia leader?
Just remember that Nigel only returned to the leader role after he realised that for once in his life he actually might get to be a MP after all those attempts to win.
