I don't know why, but I got bored instantly with the DLC when I realised I had to travel in an amount of time to The Stranger itself and places within The Stranger.
That seemed tedious and far too much for me. I just ended up reading wikis for shit and while the plot is cool, I kinda am done with the game. This taught me to be more careful with groundhog mechanics. I think Hades 1 had a pretty similar issue for me with this. I hope Hades 2 nailed it better. Something tells me it's just the same as 1, though I hear it's better. There's a point where you really do need warps or things to save time on the grind. Silksong's runbacks are pretty bad too, but once you beat them, they're finished. In this game and Hades it's not like that (well.. maybe it is in Hades 1, I didn't get to find that mechanic if it does).
Also Lobotomy Corp. That shit stopped me from replaying it many times now. Rogue mechanics.
