This is actually, funnily, myth.
Sperm itself is gendered, there's male sperm and female sperm, the female sperm are larger and heavier than the male sperm. If anyone wants to make a lab baby, it's shockingly easy to pick the baby's gender because all they do is load some cum into a centrifuge and separate the two, the female cum ends up at the bottom of the merry-go-cum and the male sperm ends up as a layer on top of the female sperm, and they can just pick and choose.
