>they had like topics that genuinely disgusted me.
same. i can deal with a lot of sfuff, but there's limits.
>fear and hunger, they seemed to nail it without it becoming like a weird fetish fantasy.
i've seen it in some threads, but never got into it. what's it about?
>something big will happen before that tho, it keeps my spirits up atleast.
yeah. not sure i'm looking forward to it, but we'll see.
>I was playing gran turismo 5 and everything went well in the menus and stuff but when i tried driving nothing would happen.
that's the weirdest issue i've ever heard of. any clue to why that happens?
>they seem to have dropped the ball a bit. I do like a lot of the fanart i see tho
yeah. lot of the old guard had trouble with the shift to digital. best recent artist imo is igor sid. he got the old style down.

older artist you can check out are paul dainton, alex boyd, karl kopinski (that guy's insane. he can really ground even the most outlandish of concepts), adrian smith, dave gallagher, mark gibbons and, of course, john blanche. everyone knows john blanche, but i just don't want to leave him out of that list. ^^
>I just like a lot of the characters and the story/setting
more than enough reason to spend some time on it.
>You have any other recs?
not off the top of my head, but i'll look if i can find something cool.
>ig you just gotta get lucky with the people you know.
i already am. at least they quietly tolerate me going on hour long tensions of why i dropped naruto after haku's and zabuza's death, explaining to them in minute detail why i don't really care about naruto and how much of an insult it was that they revived those characters later in the series (that i found out started that rant).
>as long as it's like not totally degenerate.
not really my style anyway. not that i'm above it, but i don't feel the need to bring it up.
