Unless Ukrainians negotiate a peace treaty, the war continues until VSU collapses. After that, Russians will take whatever they want without resistance. That's when Odessa (and Nikolaev, Kharkov, Dnipropetrovsk) will be taken.
There is no way Russians suddenly change their entire strategy and commit to naval landing in Odessa.
