sorry it took so long, a thing lead to another thing and I woke up in some kind of dark underground complex with no progress made, it has terrible backface and clipping issues but at some point I realized that to get rid of all of it I'd need to resculpt the whole chest so it's probably best I just post the version I use and am not bothered by too much
