That's exactly what I'm saying. Logically speaking Reed's reasoning makes perfect sense but it is handled very poorly indeed. The entire business is super messy and it only gets more messy because those two idiots have unresolved issues and a lot of people die in the process.

The way I see it, Reed already knows songbird was going to try something, he knows she trusts you so ideally he'd grab her once she makes a move and that's exactly was he was going to do but then Myers intervened and things went to shit again. I didn't like the way in ended at all, like I said DLC really falls off narratively speaking after you are made to pick sides.
