She told me to have a rhinoplasty and a frontoplasty (I could do it in six or seven months).

She also examined my face and told me not to touch my chin except for cosmetic reasons, so as not to upset the facial balance.

I'm a little lost; people avoid referring to me outside (men's clothing and a cap). I mostly call myself male, but sometimes people call me sir.

I feel like I always look weird. All the trans women I see here or online all look normal and not ugly or weird.
