Yes, Zaslav is NOT the only one responsible for the WBD merger to end up into such a disastrous way, but he's MOSTLY to blame for the fact that a lot of content from WB got cut or fucked over, in exchange for Discovery content to have a good standing... which didn't result in a positive net, btw, so yeah, he fucked up.
