Because she's a null. People hate nulls, and I don't want my other companions to suffer her presence. Having her around as a bodyguard would also make people less likely to want to interact with me, because wherever I go she goes. So in a way, her dislikability will be projected onto me in a way. It's like having a really cool friend, but for whatever reason, that friend has a super annoying friend that they always bring with them so you don't hang out or invite that cool friend because the annoying one will come too.
