I do actually believe in a moral traditional society. But I have learned to be very suspicious of the people who concern themselves with the morality of others. I have personally seen some of the worst of it.
I put a lot of blame on the mental health profession too. I was around when conversion therapy was still a thing and saw what these quacks were doing.
Now they have switched business models to basically writing excuse notes for bad parenting. They create the illness, then sell the cure.
