She ends up traveling with the Straw Hats for a significant amount of time, to the point that many people were hoping or expecting her to join the crew. And while I was never really on that boat, I can honestly see why. She was adorable, a strong female fighter, and built up some great rapport with most of crew. She even had very decent reasons to join and a job of sorts she could perform on the ship.
