Rudimentary menus, the logo has some soul but everything else needs work.
Options have the needed settings except for fullscreen toggle.
Once in-game it seems the fullscreen window shrinks and some it gets cut off at the bottom.
Played a bit of the intro, it explains how the combat works.
I'm disappointed this isn't a beat 'em up but turn-based.
Lots of placeholder art, every NPC is a male goon, no females in sight.
Once outside our apartment we need to find an enzyme to keep on living, we can talk to a bunch of NPCs and have fights.
A few typos in the text here and there, the anime-style character art doesn't really match the tone of the rest of the game.
The dialogue text could probably use a bit more juice, there is an option for typewriter text but it doesn't seem to be used.
Menus need more feedback, game in general needs more SFX, background noise etc.
During the fights the two character sprites are always the same ones.
Overall, it has the makings, or the beginnings, of what could be a decent game, seems the dev(s?) have a knack for stories and creating characters but sadly the gameplay isn't that engaging. During fights it needs have some voiced grunts, more feedback, too many moves available from the start, they should be gatekept and earned as the game unfolds. It clearly needs a lot more work to get everything looking on the same page, it needs more action, more violence (it's too softy atm), more grit, more vixens.
