I liked aquatope overall as a show and while I do agree the second half is not as good as the first, I appreciate that it tried to do something different and liked the idea it was going for that kukuru was being groomed for the eventual position of running the entire huge aquarium. I also liked many of the smaller arcs, especially the dolphin arc and the wedding arc and the depression turtle arc. I don't think it deserves as bad of a rep as it gets
