Anyone else use their "Decreed Reshape" yet? Does anyone remember when Reshape feathers were first introduced? Because it was from then up until now to use up enough reshape feathers to get to Decreed Reshape. I'd say this result was worth it. Nilou is without doubt the hardest character to min/max for Akasha ranking. She literally only wants HP% and EM, and getting only those on all your pieces is a serious pain in the ass.
