What's the consensus on non-running insoles in here?
I have a good pair of running shoes, but they're dedicated for only running. My daily driver shoes are basic Vans low-tops with no foot support. I find that if I spend a rest day walking around, my feet hurt from the lack of support and it affects my next run.
I bought a pair of Dr. Shills picrel insoles yesterday, is it the sort of thing where any extra cushion is better than none, or am I going to wreck my shit further?
