Yeah.
The only campaign with potential for it is Gagauzia since they lack an army and are already inside a (to the weat) friendly country.
There is a military buildup around Venezuela for sure, but it feels more like a game of chicken and a probing type of thing.
They don't have enough troops for an invasion unless the Maduro regime cracks and a coup takes off (the Nobel peace prize indicates this may be in the works)
5 destroyers and <6000 soldiers that can be deployed is enough for maybe grabbing a few islands, support regime chance or implement a half hearted blockade.
Other options are the Houthis, Iran or Taiwan. But all of them are guaranteed US losses, and Taiwan explicitly so by mutt planners.
So what we are left with are places like Transnistria (too high risk and will directly confront Russia), Gagauzia (just 160K civilians who have an autonomous pro Russian republic inside Moldova). There may be something in Myanmar too, but Moldova offers the smallest battlefield with the least militarized resistance.
France have already moved troops to the region btw. Everyone looks at Odessa, but I don't think they are suicidal wnough to go for it... and Gagauzia is right there.
