Nah, I'm internally cucked. Apparently it can, to a degree, at least. It does seem to add something like pants in landscape format where the angle shows her lower body part.

I'm half sure I actually tried it and failed before (dresses on the bust were added unprompted), but today I didn't even give it an attempt and assumed I should try an alternative (Sora being even slower than usual didn't help either, imagine wasting 15 minutes to get dogged).
