Yeah, I cannot really see Ram and Rom changing much or even maturing much really. Rom especially.
Was really disappointed when I started up SvS only for Neptune and the others to be written out of the story again. I guess for one positive it made me realise just how much I have missed Neptune these past few years.
Really not sure why they did this again when last time they did it they bullied Nepgear to "repent". This is why I am not really bothered about them myself. Compile Heart just fail to write them in a good scenario.

This is a problem as well, for both groups. They are far too set on their pairings. Hard to believe they are all friends when we almost only ever see them interact with their designated partner and the leader. Picrel because you basically never see these two talk.
