This is your problem HFYkun. You're not making them freaky enough. You're making green humans with pointy ears which is not a big enough biological difference from humans to influence culture, psychological mindset, and general way of life. Yes there are a few laws of nature that the race HAS to obey (how to get sustenance) but changing biology enough creates implications based on that biology. Whether that be adaptations or weaknesses. Look at disabled people and see how they think differently than non disabled people and how they see the world and how they tackle a problem.
