3. Strength training menu (3 to 4 sets of each, 12 to 15 repetitions)
・Lat pulldown (back)
・Hip abduction (buttocks)
・Leg curls (back of thighs)
・Seated leg press (entire thighs)
4. Aerobic exercise - Stairmaster 20 minutes
