Capitano talk

It's pretty strange that he hasn't been talked about once (outside of some offhand mentions in 5.7 and 5.8 that don't mean anything) since his 'death'. His fellow Khaenri'ahns didn't talk about him in 5.7, his fellow Harbingers have had nothing to say about him since his supposed passing, there's no new lore about him or anything.
